Why We Built This Site
Dawson County's court system uses Georgia terminology and local office routing that can be confusing at first glance. Superior Court is the main trial court for felonies, divorce, major civil matters, and appeals from lower courts. Probate Court handles estates, marriage licenses, weapons carry licenses, misdemeanor traffic citations, and game and fish violations.
